Joy – with over 25 years of experience across industry leaders like Reliance, Wipro, EY, and Oracle, Joy brings deep expertise in project management, digital transformation, and strategic outsourcing. At i3DC Solutions, he spearheads customer outreach and satisfaction,ensuring that programs are aligned with compliance, transparency, and long-term value creation. His focus on building trusted, referenceable relationships that drives sustainable impact across our client business.

Sagarika - Sagarika is an investment banking professional with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital raising, debt restructuring and investment banking research. She has a track record of consistently delivering on critical projects across industry verticals.

Her experience includes handling acquisitions with a US based private equity firm focused on software, supporting capital raises with an investment bank based out of Zambia, handling fair-value opinions and market research for a UAE based consultancy firm. She has also supported a European investment bank with shortlisting and contacting targets on the bank’s behalf and worked on project financing documents for a companies in the US and Southern Africa.

Previously, she was Vice-President with McGladrey Capital Markets LLC, where she led a 20+ member team of analysts and associates to assist with several M&A transactions. Prior to McGladrey, she was with Almondz Global Securities Ltd., an investment bank, where she assisted and advised some of the state governments & corporations in India with capital raises and fundings.

Rahul - Rahul is a Master in Management Studies with a specialization in Finance and vast experience of more than 2 decades spanning research, management consulting, business development and strategic advisory services.

Rahul started his career as a senior team member with McGladrey Capital Markets LLC’s Indian unit - an investment banking arm of H&R Block; moving on to Guizzetti & Associates, a boutique consulting firm, where he was involved in managing the India based business advisory unit.
